Returns & Exchanges Policy:
We are so sorry that the item you picked out isn’t working. We understand that online shopping can sometimes be difficult. Due to the nature of the variety of products we sell, we have separate return policies, depending on the department.
Return Policy For Online Purchases of Toys, Bondage accessories, lubes, and Hosiery.
We are super sorry the item didn’t work out and you want to return it. We want you to be happy while protecting the health and safety of our customers. Therefore, we cannot accept any returns on toys, bondage accessories, lubes, and hosiery unless there is a manufacturer defect.
Within 30 days of the date of purchase, if the toy is damaged or defective upon receipt, we will exchange it for the same model. If that model is not available we will help you find a similar style toy. We cannot do exchanges for reasons other than manufacturer defect. We cannot replace toys that are damaged by the customer or after delivery.
If a toy comes with a manufacturer’s warranty save your receipt. If any warranted toys are defective we will ask that you take that up with the company direct.

Return Policy for Lingerie:
We understand that sometimes it can be difficult to find the right size online. We provide many fit guides as well as size charts but sometimes you just need a little human interaction. If you ever have a question about a fit of an item please feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call during store hours at (773) 883-1400. We also know that sometimes things just don’t work out and we want you to be happy and feel sexy in your lingerie. Please note that all sales are final and we are unable to do refunds.
Lingerie purchased online may be returned for exchange or credit only if the following occurs:
- All tags remain attached
- It is within 14 days from the day you received the item.
- There is no evidence the item has been worn (washed, marked, damaged, affected by any odors.
- Panties have been tried on over your own garments.
Return Policy for Clothing:
Unhappy with your dress? So sorry! We know that finding the right size can be difficult online. In order to return clothing for an exchange the following must occur:
- All tags remain attached
- It is within 14 days from the day you received the item
- There is no evidence the item has been worn (washed, marked, damaged, affected by any odors)
